About Us

Mint Decisions is a team performance consultancy transforming the conversations leaders and their teams have — so they think clearly, decide well, and work better together. We offer specialist services to leadership teams and boards.

We support leaders and their teams in three ways:

  • Group facilitation and workshops -  quality conversations translated into real learning, decisions and outcomes.

  • Team performance development - helping teams understand their current state and make the changes to move forward.

  • One-to-one consultancy and support for senior leaders.

We work with clients in the UK and internationally, across the public, non-profit and commercial sectors.

We believe in the power of productive conversation — great collective thinking, good decisions, and the trust and confidence that come from working well together. What sets us apart is a rare combination of practical leadership experience and current academic thinking: our work is informed by ongoing research into what really makes teams effective, so the support we offer is grounded in evidence as well as years of practice. We also draw on a trusted network of experienced associates, each bringing their own specialism, so we can shape the right support around what your team actually needs.
